Quoted price is included shipping fee within U.S(if any), sales tax within U.S, shipping fee from U.S to Malaysia, custom fee(if any), shipping fee within Malaysia and service charge. 

All pre-order items require 4 weeks(or longer) because we imported directly from United States. Sometimes delivery from U.S can be 'extremely slow' and your cooperation and understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
